Akmal2u Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

By accessing or using the akmal2u platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any associated channel — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing any content or services provided by akmal2u. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the akmal2u platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Use of the platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the akmal2u platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party using your login credentials.

• Do not share your account password with anyone.
• Notify akmal2u immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• A strong password is recommended — use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Akmal2u will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel.

All users of the akmal2u platform are required to comply with the platform's usage rules. Any attempt to abuse the platform, manipulate game outcomes, use automation software or bots, or launch any technical attack against the platform's infrastructure is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Users are not permitted to use the platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law. akmal2u reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.

• The use of abusive, threatening, or harassing language or behaviour toward other users or akmal2u staff is strictly prohibited.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all local laws applicable to them.
• Sharing or spreading false information about the akmal2u platform to others is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate the payment system or platform bonuses will result in immediate account suspension.

All financial transactions on the akmal2u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including local bank transfer, Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods that may be added from time to time. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are registered in their own name.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or eWallet used for the original deposit, unless otherwise stipulated by akmal2u. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method — eWallets are generally faster than bank transfers. Any fees associated with financial transactions are the user's responsibility.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Akmal2u reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals for the purpose of security review or identity verification.
• All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements as stated separately in the respective promotion terms.

Akmal2u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and akmal2u makes no warranties regarding the continuous or error-free availability of its services.

Akmal2u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, hacking, or system manipulation is detected.
• There is a legal compliance requirement or directive from the relevant authorities.
• Accounts inactive beyond the period specified by the platform's internal policy.
• Registration information found to be false or incomplete during the verification process.

Account balances held in accounts closed due to fraud or breach of these Terms will not be refunded to the user in question.

All content on the akmal2u platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of akmal2u or its respective licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without written authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action.

The akmal2u platform may contain links or references to third-party services. akmal2u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not represent any endorsement or approval by akmal2u.

Akmal2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Malaysian law governs the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of the akmal2u platform.
